A leash is an essential piece of equipment. It keeps your board attached to you whilst surfing and as we all know the sea can be unpredictable.

It can be a lifeline to you and can save you from hurting others in the lineup.

You want to match the length of your board with your leash, so if you have a board close to 9ft opt for a 9ft leash, if your board is right in the middle of two sizes like a 9'6 then it's often best to go a bit longer than the board you so should opt for 10ft.
